I grew up in a small town in Northern California nobody’s ever heard of but moved to Salt Lake when I was 17. I am currently a stay-at-home mom/ piano teacher married these eleven years to one of my favorite people ever- the tight and talented Andy. We have three daughters and a cat named Abe Froman, who I believe suffers from seasonal depression.
I like mustard yellow. My favorite book is Jane Eyre. My favorite movie is Moulin Rouge and my favorite bands are currently Mumford & Sons, Muse, and Lana Del Rey though I enjoy a wide variety of eighties and nineties- alternative as well. I love C.S. Lewis and Abraham Lincoln, Halloween, hydrangeas, Chopin, llamas, home-made bread, Gouda cheese, concerts, and thunderstorms. I don’t like dieting, reality TV, small talk, political extremes, or spiders. I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughters, talking on the phone to my hilarious siblings, and hanging out with my friends. I also enjoy gardening, playing the piano, decorating my house, hiking, boating, reading, and writing. I aspire to run a 5k, learn to play the guitar, oil paint, and travel the world someday, but as for now I am content to be a mommy with a slightly morbid hobby.
